How do I return an item?


We guarantee that our products leave our facilities in perfect condition and free
of defects in the specifications (color/size/amount) you ordered.

All items purchased in our online shop can be returned within a period of
15 business days upon receipt.

For your return request please contact our customer service.

Briefly describe the issue and we will get back to you with return instructions.
Please don't forget to mention your name and order number.

Steps of the Return Process


  • Contact our customer service with your return request and we will reply a.s.a.p.

  • Please provide your name and order number as well as the reason for your request.

  • You will receive a return authorization along with return instructions by email.

  • Return the item in the original box to the address we will provide.

  • Please use a shipping service providing tracking information.

  • The Wall Decal Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipping.

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive an email notification.

  • We will process your refund or exchange a.s.a.p.

  • Once your refund is processed. You will be notified by email.

Regulations for Returns & Exchanges:


  • The product has to be in the original mint condition.

  • Products that have been used do not qualify for a return.

  • Returns have to be authorized by our customer service.

  • Returns that are not authorized will not be processed.

  • Authorizated returns need to be shipped within 5 business days.

  • Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless processed wrongly or defective.

  • Return shipping has to be covered by the customer (unless our fault).

  • Return requests only can be accepted from the original customer.

  • Returns are only valid for within the United States

  • Refunds are initiated within 7 business days

  • Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

  • The Wall Decal Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipping.
