We believe and know that returns and exchanges are rare. In case you are not happy with your product, we are more than happy to assist you and find the best solution. We are proud of our outstanding customer service and when it comes to problems, we are famous for our fast and uncomplicated handling. There is an issue - we solve it! Talk to us! Nevertheless there have to be some easy rules and regulations.


The Wall Decal Shop guarantees that our wall decal products leave our facilities in perfect condition and free of defects in the specifications (color/size/amount) you ordered. All goods are made to order.

All decal products purchased in our wall decal online shop can be returned within a period of 10 business days upon receipt. For your return request please contact our customer service.

Please review the Policy for returns and exchanges below:

  • The product has to be in the original mint condition.
  • Products that have been used do not qualify for a return.
  • Returns have to be authorized by our customer service before return.
  • Returns that are not authorized cannot be processed.
  • After authorization items must be returned within a period of 10 business days.
  • Custom made wall decals orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item has been delivered defective or the wrong specifications
  • Return shipping has to be covered by the customer (unless wrong item got shipped)
  • Return requests can only be accepted from the original person who purchased the item(s)
  • Returns are only valid for within the continental United States
  • Refunds for returned items will be initiated within 7 business days
  • Shipping fees cannot be refunded
  • The Wall Decal Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipping.
  • For returns use a carrier providing tracking servic such as UPS or FedEx (signature required)

 

How does the return/exchange process work?

  • Contact us by email for a return or exchange request. We will reply a.s.a.p.
  • Please provide your name and order number as well as the reason for your request.
  • After you have received the return/exchange authorization from our customer service, return the wall decal product in the original box and send it back to:

  • Please use a shipping service providing tracking such as UPS or FedEx (signature required). The Wall Decal Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipping.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a notification containing the status of the return.  
  • Allow 7 business days for the processing of your return upon receipt. Once your in-store credit or refund is processed, a notification will be e-mailed to you.
